Buzz into Bordeaux for the day
We used our Carte Seniors to do a train trip to Bordeaux yesterday - it really is a spectacular place - And , a new Apple Shop is about to open opposite the Grand Theatre - it must be the most glamourous location in Europe!
The train journey is twice as far as to London from Sussex, and takes the same time and cost 1/2 the price!
So the cost of the train journey, and the cost of the lunch together was still less than a meal at a pub in Sussex!
