Having decided that you wish to sell your property in France, it is prudent to have the property well advertised where it can be found easily.  A prominent advertisement in a local laundry may look wonderful, but a similar advertisement on a well known French property web-site will find more likely buyers!

If your property is within 30 minutes drive from our Excideuil, Dordogne office we can accept your mandate to sell the property and provide you with our maximum service.  Your property will appear on the French agent's web site in French and English, and in related sites in Dutch and German as well.  Our market coverage is massive, and for a small fee can be increased even further by additional advertisements on English language portal sites.

We accompany all our visits and hold keys (recommended) so we can organise visits without delays.  Many buyers call with only short notice and decide which properties to view on the day itself, so having the keys gives us an advantage. We never give the keys to clients so your property is safeguarded.

If your property is over an hour's drive from our Excideuil office we can still help you advertise, but showing potential buyers around will have to be organised by yourself.  We can direct our clients to view with your keyholder or local agent.

Vendors have to pay for the expertises for termite, asbestos, lead and electricity reports, but the buyer pays for the agency fees and the notaire and taxes.  We can advise on the likelyhood of capital gains tax being applicable, and of course we provide you with an estimated sale price.
